Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking link. You can also log into your account and track the status in the “My Orders” section.

We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallet payments. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available in select locations.
4. Can I cancel or change my order?

Exchange & Return Policy
Eligibility for Exchange
We accept exchanges only under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
- The product is unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
- Exchange request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
To initiate an exchange, email us at support@careaholic.co.in with your order number, pictures of the product, and a brief description of the issue.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened or used products
- Personal care tools (brushes, razors, etc.)
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” on the product page
Exchange Process
- Submit Request – Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Review – Our team will verify the claim and get back within 2-3 business days.
- Pickup/Return – If approved, we’ll arrange pickup or provide return instructions.
- Replacement – A replacement will be shipped once we receive and inspect the returned product.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds. Only exchanges or store credit will be provided, depending on product availability.
